Decision no 1654/2015 of the Multi-Member First Instance Court of Athens re. a fictitious prior agreement

The plaintiff requested the payment of € 3.500.000 by the defendant as compensation due to an alleged infringement of a prior agreement.
The defendant claimed that the so-called prior agreement was fictitious. The Court accepted the defendant’s objection and rejected the plaintiff’s lawsuit in its entirety.
