A former distributor requested by the Court, among others, he renewal of the exclusive distributorship contract, the allocation of damages totaling 100.000 €, the imposition of a prohibition on the supplier to directly commercialize its products to the area assigned to former distributor, and the continuation of execution of former distributor’s orders.
The Court ruled that the above-mentioned cannot be claimed in the context of an interim measures procedure and therefore rejected former distributor’s application.
