The Court ordered the defendants to cease and desist in the future from importing, exporting, displaying, advertising, possessing, distributing in Greece and in general commercializing the products that are confusingly similar to the famous trade dress of the plaintiff’s products.
The Court also ordered the defendants to withdraw from the Greek market of all such products. Moreover, the Court imposed a penalty of € 5.900 foreach future infringement of the cease-and-desist order, while also ordering the defendants to publish at their expense the operative part of the decision in the press.
