In a dispute between a supplier and former dealers, the Court ordered former dealers to remove -within 10 days from the service of the decision- the signage containing the well-known trademarks of the plaintiffs’ and to temporarily cease and desist from using such trademarks.
The Court also ordered former dealers to temporarily cease and desist in the future from giving the impression that they are official dealers of the network.
The Court imposed a monetary penalty of € 1.000 for each future infringement of the decision by the defendants.
