In a dealer – supplier dispute the Peace Magistrate of Chalkida obliged the former dealer to render temporarily the possession of the signage to supplier, while acknowledging the supplier as temporal possessor of the signage. The dispute was initiated in the wake of termination of all cooperation between the parties, including the distributorship agreement. Consequently, the loans for use, by virtue of which the signage was given to former dealer, were also terminated.
Nikos Grigoriadis argued for the supplier.
