- Cooperating with foreing law firms in multi-jurisdictional disputes.
- Representing clients in conciliation, mediation, and judicial mediation proceedings, settlements, as well as before arbitration tribunals.
- Enforcement of judicial decisions and arbitral awards (seizure of movable and immovable assets, shares, claims held by a third party, succession property, judicial administration), property disclosure in case of creditors fraud by lifting the corporate veil.
- Recognition & Enforcement of Greek judicial decisions and arbitral awards in EU member states or third countries.
- Enforcement of interim measures in EU member states or third countries:
- Sequestration of bank accounts by virtue of an enforceable judicial decision
- Freezing of funds in bank accounts by virtue of a European Account Preservation Order
